Lunch At My School REALLY Makes Me RAGE.

Oh my god. I don't even know where to start on this subject. Like, seriously. It's that bad. Nothing I've ever complained about in my life(EXCEPT maybe slow walkers, which, by the way, is getting its own second post soon.) has annoyed me as much as Lunch at my school.

I guess I'll start at the beginning of the typical Lunch period.

It starts off with you arriving outside the Lunch room. What do you do then? Sit outside the doors until the actual period begins. Then what happens when it begins? You sit there for several MORE minutes. Just to annoy you, you know?

While this is happening, every space around you becomes PACKED with people. I happen to have one of the biggest Lunch periods, so it's even worse for me. Over a hundred people just packed in one hallway. It's freakin' hot in that hallway. All the time. Middle of Winter? Still hot. So many people being around you doesn't make it any better. Then, what else? The people are ANNOYING. And loud. And many smell bad.

While we're all crammed in this small area, you know what else happens? Teachers and SUPER SPECIAL BAND PEOPLE are entering and exiting the lunchroom. Yeah, they didn't leave/enter before the tons of people get there. Instead, they decided to wait until the whole place is crowded, then pry open one of the doors, and force their way through the giant crowd.

Generally, we have to wait for at LEAST five minutes after the period actually begins to be allowed in the Lunchroom. Why? Because the DAMN TEACHERS THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO OPEN THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS LATE. Like, wtf. Every day, at least one of them is late, and instead of opening doors without them, other teachers wait for them. Nice job holding up 100+ people, teacher person...

It doesn't get any better when they open the doors.

When the doors open, it's like everyone goes bat shit insane. Everyone just PILES into the room. People push people in. Multiple people try to enter at once, often causing jams. People push people out of the way, cut in front of others, and shove others behind the doors, making them unable to escape for a while. It's horrible. Freakin' VULTURES, man...

But, it doesn't stop there. Sometimes it is WORSE than that. For whatever reason, occasionally, they decide to just open one door. Just one. There's other people in there to open doors. But do they open theirs? NOPE. Oh my god seriously I HATE it when one door opens. It's a giant clusterfuck. 100+ people trying to cram into one door a few feet wide? OH MY GOD ANNOYANCE AT ITS FINEST.

But the annoyance does not stop once you are inside. Oh, no, far from it. It's almost as bad when you're actually in the lunch line.

You see, people cut in line. All. The. Time. You'd be standing there, and suddenly five+ people just go in front of you. And you know what else? Nobody says a word to them. There's a teacher standing right at the line, and he never says ANYTHING to them. Soon, the entrance to the part where you actually got your food turns into a giant mass of people because so many people cut. Only chance of avoiding this is if you get there VERY early.

Then, some people just walk RIGHT through the side doors of where you actually get food. Right past multiple lunch people AND a few teachers. And they still serve them. Don't send them out, they serve them. What. The. Frak.

Seriously, RAGE.
